The Whiskey Sessions started when three old (by this point) musicians met to get reacquianted and drink som whiskey. The whole think quickly turned into a recurring even about booze, music, and on-the-spot creativity. We get together, pop the cork, and get cracking on writing a song. The goal is to compose, write lyrics, perform and record an entire song in a single evening, preferably before the neighbors start banging on the wall or the audio interface burns up.

We often mix and master when we've had a chance to sober up, but we are proud to challenge ourselves to achieve all of this in a short period of time. And it's a lot of fun too......

Since we just lost two members to Malmö (Jonas and Maria) we're searching for new enthusiats. Johan and Robban did their best to fit in, with Johan singing lead (really high, the way only he can) and Robban quickly grabbing the important jobs of both photographer and lyricist. Mad was mostly in the background (or was that in the wine bottle..?)

The song was supposed to be grunge, and for the first time we were in roaring agreement that we need to write new lyrics and re-record the verses, they were just too bad... Shit happens, but a decent song. Peen had some new gear; a nano-midi-drumpad, a Variax and a hardware-software guitaramp. Ish.

Two weeks later we got back together, polished the lyrics and finished recording. Much later the song got mixed.
