I have been writing music since about the age of 11, and have found that I like to work on things in a project-based manner. I am constantly writing new stuff, and as soon as something cohesive gets completed, I plan to release it digitally in some form.

UP was a band I put together based on the Funk Revival stuff as well as some new material. The goal was a simple power trio with a happy-go-lucky party attitude. UP was active during 2005-2007 until the combination of both injuries and the decisions of several members to pursue other things led me to also pursue other things, but we had a lot of fun!

This promo, recorded in April-May of 2007, was meant to reflect our live sound, and I think it turned out pretty well. Tobias Wiik helped us record Jonny 'Steel' Elfwing's drums and my guitar live at StudieFrämjandet in Alingsås, and I was absolutely insistent that we didn't use a click-track. After that I brought all the tracks home and did all the remaining guitars, basses and vocals (with Jonny Steel supporting on backing vocals) in Ableton Live in about a week's time.
